Excellent Stay in the City Center!

enormous room large bathroom superb breakfast

My room was enormous and comfortable. The bathroom was also quite large. I enjoyed bringing my own wine to the lounge. Breakfast was AMAZING!!!

The temperature in the room was hard to adjust. I had to call the front desk to change the temperature. This was a bit inconvenient.

Balanced Room and Staff Experience

helpful staff excellent location missing chair covers weak coffee

The hotel staff were very lovely and helpful. They did go above and beyond! The hotel location was also very good, with access to the city.

The iron seats lacked chair covers. I worried about burning my skin. There were no coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast coffee tasted like weak black water. I found the bottom of the bed dirty and the walls stained.

the location was excellent staff were always helpful

the room assigned did not match the images online i expected a room with more light and better amenities given the hotel's rating this discrepancy was disappointing
